There is a real buzz in our ‘Craft Village’ Marquee…..where the atmosphere is one of enthusiasm, excitement and fun!

The aim of our ‘Craft Village’ marquee is to provide a venue for some of the finest Craftspeople in Ireland to  exhibit, showcase and sell their creative and unique handcrafted pieces and fine artwork - such as beautifully designed jewellery, pottery, woodturning, basket-weaving,  glassware, paintings, ceramics, crochet, knitwear, candles, soaps, paper craft and much much more.

This ever popular ‘Craft Village’ marquee is a well established attraction, where you will find real individuality.  The magnificent displays and exhibits will not only inspire but amaze you.   It is the place to look for something original, of excellent quality and value for money.  So we are always looking for something unique, memorable and at a reasonable price.  The more unique, the better


This year, we are delighted to welcome new exhibitors as well as our regulars. It will also be an opportunity for the public to browse the displays and a chance to buy affordable and high quality Irish art and craft items for their homes, gifts for family, friends and of course themselves!

 

Why not come along to see some of our talented craftspeople who will be demonstrating their unique skills as well as selling their crafts throughout the day.  Demonstrations include basket weaving, woodcarving and knitting. A huge thank you to all our craftspeople.

So the ‘Craft Village’ is a “must see” for all show-goers –  definitely a marquee not to be missed!

Craft Village proves to be a big attraction at our ever popular Tinahely Show.



The Craft Village at the Tinahely Show 2012 attracted exhibitors from far and wide, to showcase, promote and sell their creative and unique 100% Irish handmade crafts  to the public.   Demand for stands was again high this year and there was a fantastic range of  crafts,  which were beautifully displayed and very well presented.  It was the place to look for something original, of excellent quality and value for money, such as beautifully designed jewellery, pottery, basketweaving,  woodturning,  ceramics, woodcarving, glassware,  crochet, knitwear, children's books, candles, soaps, paper craft and much much more.     
    
The Craft Village was a busy,  enjoyable and friendly experience for all - visitors and exhibitors alike.  Large numbers of people enjoyed browsing and discussing products with highly skilled craftspeople.  

This year, we were delighted to welcome new craftspeople as well as our regulars.  Many of our regular exhibitors sold to repeat customers who frequent our Craft Village every year.   It was also a  perfect opportunity for the public to connect with new craftspeople and a chance to buy affordable and original craft items for their homes,  gifts for family, friends and of course,  for themselves.
