Craft Village proves to be a big attraction at our ever popular Tinahely Show .
The Craft Village at the Tinahely Show 2013 attracted exhibitors from far and wide, to showcase, promote and sell their creative and unique 100% Irish handmade crafts to the public. Demand for stands was again high this year and there was a fantastic range of crafts, which were beautifully displayed and very well presented. It was the place to look for something original, of excellent quality and value for money, such as beautifully designed jewellery, pottery, basketweaving, woodturning, ceramics, woodcarving, glassware, crochet, knitwear, children's books, candles, soaps, paper craft and much much more.
The Craft Village was a busy, enjoyable and friendly experience for all - visitors and exhibitors alike. Large numbers of people enjoyed browsing and discussing products with highly skilled craftspeople.
This year, we were delighted to welcome new craftspeople as well as our regulars. Many of our regular exhibitors sold to repeat customers who frequent our Craft Village every year. It was also a perfect opportunity for the public to connect with new craftspeople and a chance to buy affordable and original craft items for their homes, gifts for family, friends and of course, for themselves.
