CLASS 24

For ponies, mares or geldings, 4 years old and over, not exceeding 123 cms.
that they have not attained 50 points in first Ridden Classes suitable for and to be ridden by riders who have not attained their 10th birthday on 1st January of current year.

CLASS 25

NOVICE LEAD REIN CLASS
For ponies, mares or geldings, 4 years old and over, not exceeding 123 cms.
that they have not attained 50 points in Lead Rein classes, suitable for and to be ridden by riders who have not attained their 7th birthday on 1st January of current year.
Ponies must be show in single ring snaffle bridles. They must be led by a person aged 16 years and over and should be on a loose rein and will be required to trot.
The attendant must affix the lead rein to the noseband on which it must remain while the pony is in the ring. The rein must go directly from the bit to the rider's hand, with no extra aid or attachment to or on the saddle.

RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. Entries are confined to 3-year-old fillies, registered in the I.H.R. by a recommended for breeding (approved) stallion or preliminary recommended for breeding Stallion or class 1 R.I.D Irish Draught Stallion or by a Stallion that is registered in Weatherly’s Non Thoroughbred Register.
2. Identification passports for animals seeking qualification must be produced at qualifying show and at final.
3. Fillies qualified for the final are not eligible to enter in any other class at Bantry Show.
4. Two fillies may qualify if the Judges and the I.S.A. agree that the standard is high enough.
5. Fillies qualified for Final are not eligible to enter any other class at Bantry show.
6. These rules should be read in conjunction with ISA rules.
PRIZES: Champion €1000 and Sash. Reserve Champion €600: 3rd€350, 4h €250,5th €150.
All other competitors who attend will receive €100
